BSAAA serves as a tool to provide an avenue for members of the Fraternity and Sorority in good standing to continue the bond beyond graduation. The objective of BSAAA is to provide financial and service support to the Alcorn State University band programs and always foster a spirit of interest and cooperation among Kappa Kappa Psi and Tau Beta Sigma alumni; to support the band members and its directors; to encourage acquaintance and fellowship between alumni and current band members; and to always strive for greater recognition of the Alcorn State University band programs. BSAAA also provides a communication medium between the national organization's alumni to promote and assist the active members of the national organizations in accordance with their ideals and traditions.
